Allocation of Membership Fees
Below are the titles and descriptions of each account that the monthly recurring membership fees will be divided into as well as charts that will detail the percentages towards each account.
Commission Earnings
This is the amount paid to you for every person that joins FtP-BtP.com through your personal invitation link. This commission is paid monthly for as long as both you and they are members.
(If your membership is terminated due to a violation of the Membership Rules and Conditions/ Termination Guidelines, your commissions will discontinue, and your account will be closed, giving Ftp-BtP.com full authority to withhold any further earnings.)
Company Earnings
This portion received from membership fees will be dedicated toward the team of FtP-BtP.com. The team will be comprised of fellow members in your area and around the world that chose to lend a helping hand and see to the success of FtP-BtP.com. This ranges from customer support service to verification officers and inspectors and more. The ever expanding FtP-BtP.com team will all share in the earnings in exchange for their support.
FtC-BtC Foundation-(Inviter’s Share)
This portion will go towards the (For the Community-By the Community Foundation) specifically towards the account designated for the community zip code entered by the member who invited you to join.
FtC-BtC Foundation- (Personal Share)
This portion will go towards your local (For the Community-By the Community Foundation, based off of the zip code you provide us when you join). This fund will be used to make purchases for your community such as a locally owned Aquaponics Garden, Recreational Center, Rehabilitation Center and more.

Financial Solutions FtP-BtP
This portion goes to an account that ensures you and your fellow members Zero Percent Interest Loans for a vast amount of reasons such as but not limited to emergency room visits, homa and auto repair or purchases as well as funeral expense assistance and college tuition reimbursement.

Reward Points
This portion is reserved to reward members who add their personal properties to the Ftp-BtP.com catalog for others to rent at discounted prices as well as for members who are being rewarded for situations such as multi rentals without incident and services completed successfully for a fellow member.
Points are redeemable quarterly either through services rendered by fellow members or offers available through FtP-BtP.com. Offers available will be posted in the members section.
Requirements And fees
Step 1
Minimum qualifications to join:
- $100 monthly membership fee
- Bank account/PayPal Account
Step 2
Minimum qualifications:
- $250 monthly membership fee
- Bank account/PayPal Account
- Must have a minimum of $300 in monthly commissions or (2) referrals that have advanced to step 2
Step 3
Minimum qualifications:
- $500 monthly membership fee
- Bank account/PayPal Account
- Must have a minimum of $600 in monthly commissions or (2) referrals that have advanced to step 3
Step 4
Minimum qualifications:
- $1000/ monthly membership fee
- Bank account/PayPal Account
- Must have a minimum of $1200 in monthly commissions or (2) referrals that have advanced to step 4.
Step 5
Minimum qualifications:
- $5000/ monthly membership fee
- Bank account/PayPal Account
- Must have a minimum of $5500 in monthly commissions or (3) referrals that have advanced to step 5
